Terms of Service

1. Who can use Koi Koi

You must be 18 or older. Age is verified once at signup and locked to your account. Creating an account under a false birth date, or creating a new account to get around a suspension, violates these terms and can get every associated account permanently banned.

2. Your account

One account per person. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Your username is shown to strangers only as a placeholder name during anonymous chats; your real username is revealed to another person only if you both send a friend request and both accept.

3. How chats work

Chats are randomly matched, optionally by shared interest, and last up to 5 minutes. Either side can leave at any time. Messages are not stored long-term; they're deleted roughly 24 hours after a chat ends. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention details.

4. Rules

Using Koi Koi, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or deliberately upset another user
• Share sexual content involving minors, or attempt to solicit or groom a minor; this is reported to relevant authorities where legally required
• Impersonate another person, or claim to be someone you're not
• Share someone else's private information without their consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Koi Koi
• Attempt to bypass the anonymity system, the age gate, or a block
• Promote illegal goods or services, or run spam/scams

5. Blocking, reporting, and enforcement

You can block anyone, at any time, for any reason; a block is permanent and immediate. You can also report a conversation, which blocks the other person and flags a snapshot of the chat for review. We can suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. This removes your profile and personal data. Reports you were involved in may be retained for a limited time afterward for moderation purposes; see the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

Koi Koi is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't control what other users say, and we can't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Koi Koi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

Koi Koi is operated from Taiwan, and these terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as Koi Koi changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
